The Santam App has functionality for both policyholders and everyone.
Available to all app users after a simple registration process is the Be-Safe functionality that allows users to request friends and family to virtually follow them on journeys as a safety precaution. Journeys can be tracked by time or destination point. Also available to all app users is the Accident & Incident Report. This step-by-step guide to record an accident or insurance claim ensures all the relevant information is captured. Users are able to record statements, take photos and also look up the closest police stations. Lastly, all users are also able to find a broker conveniently and also request a quote directly from Santam.
For policyholders that have personal insurance with Santam, the app provides a convenient way to view your policy details, track claims, request call back and/or submit requests for policy amendments or enquiries to Santam. Policyholders will have to link their policy through the app or client portal to be able to access these features.
